Born in Sarrebourg, France, in 1956, I worked as a video cameraman for a period of 12 years, alternating reporting with fictional subjects.
Today, I work for a photographic department where I am able to continue my lifelong passion for photography.Over the last few years, I have been present at the Venice Carnival and have become enamoured of its magical atmosphere.
In my photo reports, I devote myself essentially to the people in costume who have spent a whole year preparing one or even several costumes and who spend the whole day posing in their resplendent garments to the great joy of the photographers.
I have a great deal of admiration for these people who come to Venice from all over Europe. My book is a tribute to their outstanding generosity.
